Deciding to file for bankruptcy can be a difficult decision. Yesterday, I had an appointment with Matthew to go over my final paperwork prior to filing. Matthew was very helpful in explaining the paperwork, making sure I understood what documents I was being asked to sign and what to expect moving forward in the process. I couldn't have asked for a better and/or well-prepared lawyer because he was it!

Joseph is a very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient attorney who will work like hell to get you the lowest possible monthly payment when filing a chapter 13 if he can not get you qualified for a chapter 7. joseph will also fight to protect your income tax so that you would not have to forfeit your taxes to the trustee. Joseph displayed patience and professionalism throughout our interactions and responded to messages and calls in a timely manner.
